108 Street Industrial – Corridor Rehabilitation
Project Description: Phase Two will continue the project from the Bulk Water Station to CN Rail. This project will continue the work from Phase One with upgrading the roadway, underground infrastructure, and curb/sidewalks along 108 Street. This project requires the removal of the existing road surface and curb/sidewalks, installing a new sanitary water main, installing a new roadway structure, and installing new curbs and sidewalks.
Grants, Funding Source: Funding approved through 2020-2024 Capital Plan.

Anticipated Start Date for Phase Two: June 2023
Anticipated Completion Date for Phase Two: October 2023
