Southview Subdivision
The Southview Subdivision will integrate ten (10) new lots within the existing residential community of Southview.
Westlock Town Council set the sale price of Southview Lots 15 through 24, at an average of $150,000 with individual lot calculations determined by the square footage of each lot.
The lots will be fully serviced and are districted R1 - Low Density Residential District.
Offers for pre-sale purchases of the lots will be accepted starting September 9, 2024. Construction on the lots will need to begin within 2 years from date of purchase.
