Southview Subdivision
18 lots are now for sale by the Town of Westlock in the existing residential community of Southview.
The lots will be fully serviced and are districted R1 - Low Density Residential District.
Offers for purchases of the lots are now being accepted. Construction on the lots will need to begin within 2 years from date of purchase.
Eligible contractors who purchase a lot are eligible to enter into a developer-build agreement, which allows a contractor to pay a 10% deposit on their chosen lot and pay the balance owing to the Town once the new home sells, or 2 years, whichever comes first.
